Boost Fitness coaching is delivered digitally. On successful payment, clients are given access to the Boost Fitness app, where their training programme, nutrition plan, and progress tracking are managed. No physical goods are shipped. Coaching content and programme updates are delivered through the app on a monthly cycle, or more frequently for higher-tier plans, as set out for each pricing tier above.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance and can be cancelled at any time in the app, under Manage billing. Nothing more is charged, and access to paid features continues to the end of the period already paid for. No cancellation fees apply.
Boost Go and Nutrition Only start with 7 days free: we check your card for R0, and the full price is charged automatically when the 7 days end unless you cancel before then. New Boost Coach and Coach+ clients pay 50% of the monthly price for their first month, then the normal price (yearly plans are charged at their normal price). If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, we refund it in full. After that, monthly plans are not refunded for part months, and yearly plans can be cancelled with 20 business days' notice for a refund of the unused part.
