From time to time, your coach may discuss supplements with you, for example, in response to a question you ask, or as part of general education about nutrition. Please note:
Any discussion of supplements (including but not limited to creatine, protein powder, or vitamin D, the areas our coaches most commonly discuss) reflects generally accepted, evidence-based information within the scope of fitness coaching. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, pharmacist, or registered dietitian, particularly if you take chronic medication or have an existing medical condition.
If you ask about a product in this category, we will tell you honestly that we don't recommend it and why, rather than staying silent.
Especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, take chronic medication, or have a diagnosed medical condition, some supplements interact with medications or are not appropriate for certain conditions.
Product quality, purity, and label accuracy vary between brands and manufacturers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or effects of any specific product you choose to purchase or use, whether or not it was discussed in a coaching session. Boost Fitness receives no commission, discount-code revenue, or other financial benefit from recommending any supplement brand. Any product mentioned is because it's evidence-based and appropriate for you, never because of a financial relationship with the manufacturer.
