Boost Fitness provides personal training, exercise programming, and nutrition coaching for general fitness, body composition, and performance goals. Please read the following before starting your programme.
Nothing in your training programme, nutrition plan, or any communication from your coach constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our coaches are qualified in exercise programming and nutrition coaching within that scope, but are not doctors, dietitians, physiotherapists, or psychologists. Where our screening process identifies something that may need professional medical attention, we will tell you to consult one, we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions ourselves.
Progress in strength, body composition, and fitness depends on many factors specific to you, genetics, consistency, sleep, stress, and starting point among them. We do not guarantee specific results, timelines, or outcomes.
Calorie and macro targets, meal suggestions, and food logging support are provided to help you meet your fitness goals. They are not a substitute for advice from a registered dietitian, particularly if you have a diagnosed medical condition affecting your nutritional needs. Where relevant, we will flag when a condition is outside our scope and recommend you consult the appropriate professional.
Because coaching is delivered online, you are responsible for training in a safe environment, using equipment appropriately, and stopping any exercise that causes pain or discomfort beyond normal exertion.
You have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant or recently gave birth, have not exercised regularly in some time, or have any concern about your fitness to exercise safely. Our PAR-Q screening at signup is designed to catch known risk factors, but it is not a substitute for your own medical judgement about your body. This disclaimer should be read alongside our Liability Waiver and Terms & Conditions, which set out the full terms of your relationship with Boost Fitness.
